A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable with a written notice received by The Fish House no later than two weeks prior to scheduled departure date.
Weather Cancellations:
The Fish House will make every effort to notify and inform our clients of possible cancellations due to weather conditions. We maintain the right to cancel a charter due to dangerous sea conditions - this does not include rain. The decision to cancel a charter due to weather conditions is made by our Captains and the manager of The Fish House. Clients may cancel a charter 2-weeks prior to date of charter and receive a full refund. Weather cancellations made by The Fish House entitle clients to a full refund (not fishing licenses).
